- What's included in the site build?
- You complete a guided onboarding intake that captures your business profile — fleet, branding, booking flow, and target market. We then build a fully designed Next.js rental site customized to your brand, fleet, and operations. Includes booking engine, Stripe checkout, programmatic SEO pages, and admin dashboard. Goes live on Vercel within 24 hours.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual contracts can downgrade to a lower annual plan at renewal.
- What happens if I exceed my vehicle or booking limit?
- You'll see a notice in the admin dashboard when you're close to your limit. Once reached, new vehicles or bookings can't be added until you upgrade. We never auto-charge overages — you choose when to move up.
- Do you take a cut of bookings?
- No. We charge a flat monthly SaaS fee. Your booking revenue goes directly to your Stripe account. The platform is yours.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee on Starter, Growth, or Pro. Enterprise plans include a custom onboarding engagement quoted with the contract.
- What's the difference between Growth and Pro?
- Growth gives you marketing tools (social media, blog, contracts) and higher limits for fleets up to 50 vehicles. Pro removes all limits, adds real-time GPS tracking and telemetry, predictive maintenance, and priority support with an onboarding call.
- How does annual billing work?
- Pay upfront for 12 months and save 15% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans can be upgraded at any time with prorated credit.
